Job :

Within our dynamic company in the IT sector, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Casablanca. If you are passionate about finding and attracting top talent and aspire to actively contribute to our growth, this opportunity is for you.

Your main mission will be to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with our company culture. You will play a key role in strengthening our talent pool and continuously improving our hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying recruitment needs in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (professional social networks, databases, recruitment events).
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews and assessing candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to job offer.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
  • Contributing to the improvement of recruitment tools and practices.
  • Participating in HR projects aimed at strengthening our employer brand.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, you have a degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher, ideally specializing in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment, ideally in a technology environment, is required. Experience as a sourcing specialist or recruitment consultant will be a major asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Ability to conduct relevant evaluation interviews.
  • Organizational skills, rigor, and proactivity.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Good knowledge of the IT job market would be a plus.
