Job :

• Welcome, direct, and inform visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage the telephone switchboard, calls, and messages, ensuring effective information transfer.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area.

Required profile :

To be eligible for this internship, a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required. Training in Insurance or Banking professions would be a major asset for quickly understanding the specifics of our sector.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening abilities, and a neat appearance. Your rigor, organization, and discretion will be essential. Good command of office tools (Office Suite) is also expected. If you are dynamic, independent, and eager to learn, your profile greatly interests us.
