Position:
Join a dynamic company in the agri-food sector as an HR Development Intern in Casablanca (3-6 months). This is a unique opportunity to dive into HR practices and actively contribute to human capital development. The main goal of this internship is to allow you to develop a deep understanding of different Human Resources jobs, while providing valuable support to HR development initiatives. It involves gaining skills in talent management, training, and key HR processes, in a stimulating professional environment.
Your main tasks will include:
Assisting in the implementation of skills development strategies.
Participating in the organization and monitoring of training activities.
Contributing to the recruitment process and the onboarding of new employees.
Participating in the development and deployment of innovative HR tools.
Participating in cross-functional projects related to Talent Management.
To be eligible for this internship, you are currently pursuing a degree of Bac +5 level (Master's degree or equivalent) or higher, ideally in Human Resources.
