Job :

Within our company specializing in distribution, based in Casablanca, join our teams as a Billing Intern. This is an ideal opportunity for those who wish to immerse themselves in the professional world and gain valuable experience in the sector.

The main goal of this internship is to enable you to master billing processes in a dynamic environment. You will actively contribute to the smooth running of the department and develop your analytical and organizational skills.

We are looking for a motivated and serious billing intern.

The intern's mission will be to manage and track customer invoices, verify data, file administrative documents, and follow up on billing files. Good command of office tools and a good sense of organization are desired.

Profile sought:
Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree in management, accounting, or similar field
Serious, organized, and motivated
Good command of Excel is a plus

Required profile :

For this position, a Bac +2 level (equivalent to an Associate's degree) is required, ideally in a field such as Sales Administration or After-Sales Service (SAV). Training focused on management and administration will be a major asset.

First professional experience of one year, even short or in the form of an internship, in a commercial or administrative environment is sought. This experience will have allowed you to familiarize yourself with the basic concepts of billing and customer relations.

We are looking for a rigorous, organized person with good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, is essential. The ability to work in a team and meet deadlines will also be appreciated. Good written and oral communication is a plus.
