Job :

Join a leading company in the Distribution sector in Casablanca as an HR Intern. This is a unique opportunity to start your career in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where your contribution will be valued from day one.

Actively contribute to human resources management by participating in the development and optimization of HR processes. Your role will be essential in supporting teams in their daily tasks and in accompanying the company's strategic HR projects.

On a daily basis, you will assist the HR team in various tasks, including:

  • Participation in the recruitment process: candidate sourcing, telephone pre-qualification, interview organization.
  • Contribution to administrative personnel management: employee file tracking, contract management, payroll preparation.
  • Support in training and skills development actions.
  • Assistance in organizing internal events and HR communication.
  • Participation in cross-functional projects related to the improvement of HR practices.

Required profile :

To be eligible for this internship, a Bac +3 level (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) is required, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.

A first experience, even a short one (1 to 1 year), in the HR field would be a significant asset, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge and quickly gain skills.

This internship is a great opportunity to develop your skills. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to listen.
  • Rigorous, organized, and proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interested in HR issues and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in common office software (Office Suite).
  • Has good written and oral expression skills in French.
