Job :

As a recruitment intern at ManpowerGroup, your tasks will be to: 

• Collect recruitment needs
• Search for candidates (sourcing) in available CV databases (internal database, job sites, school or professional directories).
• Sort, analyze, and select received applications.
• Contact candidates and confirm their suitability for the defined profile: motivations, skills, salary expectations...
• Participate in organizing and scheduling job interviews (in-person, by phone, by video...).
• Participate in conducting recruitment interviews

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources Management
• Very good level of French
• You have proven experience in recruitment (internships are considered)
• You are able to work under pressure and maintain a good recruitment pace.
• You are capable of good customer relationship management.
• Immediately available
