Legal Intern (M/F) - Casablanca

As part of strengthening the organization of the Legal Department and improving the monitoring of the Group's litigation files, we are looking for two interns, ideally with a background in law, management, or accounting.

Job :

Their mission will include assisting the teams in the following tasks:
• administrative monitoring of litigation files by company and by client;
• collection, filing, and digitization of supporting documents (summons, judgments, formal notices, minutes, correspondence, etc.);
• preparation and updating of files necessary for accounting tasks of provisioning for doubtful debts and writing off unrecoverable debts, in accordance with accounting and tax rules;
• monitoring of actions undertaken with lawyers, bailiffs, and credit insurance companies (ACMAR, SMAEX, etc.);
• preparation of dashboards and progress reports for the Risk and Legal Committees;
• data entry and validation of the documentary database to be integrated into our SAGE X3 system.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:
- Student in Law (private law, business law, litigation, or public law depending on the context); Management or Accounting;
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills;
- Good legal analysis and synthesis skills;
- Comfortable with handling administrative and accounting documents;
- Sense of confidentiality;
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and, if possible, document management software.
