Job :

Participation in creating and updating job descriptions:

• Identify needs with different departments
• Gather these needs and make suggestions based on the information shared
• Get job descriptions approved by managers and HR teams
• Follow up with managers to ensure these job descriptions have been properly communicated to the relevant employees.
• Define a process for updating job descriptions in collaboration with the HR team
 

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) specializing in Human Resources, you have excellent writing and communication skills in French. You demonstrate autonomy, thoroughness, and a talent for summarizing that allows you to structure and formalize your ideas. You are proactive, assertive, and can work effectively in a team, collaborating with various people. You have perfect command of office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and are capable of carrying out your tasks independently.
