Join an exceptional brand in the Hospitality / Catering sector and gain a rewarding professional experience within our establishment in Marrakech. As a Purchasing Department Intern, you will join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the performance of our Purchasing department.
Your internship will be a unique opportunity to discover the workings of a high-performing Purchasing department in a demanding environment. You will participate in order tracking, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization, while developing your skills in supply chain management.
Your main tasks will include:
- Assistance in the sourcing and supplier selection process.
- Rigorous tracking of placed orders and receipt of goods.
- Participation in needs analysis and the development of specifications.
- Contribution to the negotiation of prices and purchasing conditions.
- Support in inventory management and stocktaking.
- Market intelligence and tracking of market trends.
Required profile :
You are pursuing a degree of level Bac +5 and higher, ideally in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
A first experience of 1 to 3 years in purchasing or supply chain management would be a major asset.
This internship is for you if you have:
- A strong ability for analysis and synthesis.
- A keen sense of organization and rigor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication.
- A good command of computer tools, especially Excel.
- A strong interest in the luxury hotel sector.
- A good command of French, and ideally English.
