Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Distribution sector, known for its operational excellence. It is in Casablanca that we offer you the opportunity to join our teams as a Human Resources Intern. A unique opportunity to start your career and grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

This internship is designed to allow you to develop practical skills in human resources management. You will actively contribute to the efficiency of our HR department, gaining a deep understanding of key processes and participating in stimulating projects that shape the employee experience.

Your tasks will cover various aspects of the HR function:

  • Participation in the recruitment process: sourcing, pre-qualification, organizing interviews.
  • Administrative support: managing employee files, tracking absences, preparing payroll information.
  • Contribution to training management: tracking training plans, logistical organization of sessions.
  • Participation in company life: events, internal communication.
  • Support in implementing HR policies.

     


Required profile :

You hold a degree of level Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally in the field of Human Resources, Personnel management, or Training.

A first experience, even short (1 to 1 year), in an HR environment, whether through internships or work-study programs, would be a significant asset for quickly understanding the challenges of the position.

To succeed in this internship, here are the qualities that will make the difference:

  • Excellent organization and a strong sense of priorities.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills.
  • A genuine interest in human resources professions and the distribution sector.
  • Good interpersonal skills and attentive listening.
