As part of our continuous development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated experienced insurance supervisors in Fes.
Missions:
Reporting to the project manager, your missions will be to:
• Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Provide regular activity reports to the client and top management
• Manage and lead a team of telesellers: on-site management, coaching, holding regular individual meetings and team meetings, implementing support plans for low performers...
• Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources and production means to maintain workflow
• Manage turnover and absenteeism and implement necessary action plans
• Ensure the administrative supervision of your team (holidays, absences, lateness, etc.)
• Alert on problems that may impact production
Required profile :
• You have previous experience as a supervisor or team leader, preferably in insurance activities.
• You have perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
• You have analytical skills to understand and manage objective achievement.
• You have in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in teleselling.
• You are organized and rigorous.
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills.
• You are proactive and suggest solutions.
• Leadership and strong management skills are essential qualities to successfully complete your mission.
• You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet) and telephony.
