Mission:

On behalf of our client, a leader in travel management, we are looking for an English-French supervisor

 

Reporting to the project manager, your missions will be:

  • Ensure that qualitative and quantitative objectives are met
  • Ensure compliance with the client's and Concentrix's processes and quality standards
  • Provide regular activity reports to the client and top management
  • Manage and lead a team of customer advisors: coaching, holding regular individual meetings and team meetings, implementing support plans for low performers...
  • Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources and production tools to handle workflows
  • Manage turnover, absenteeism, and implement necessary action plans
  • Ensure the administrative management of your team (holidays, absences, lateness...)
  • Alert on problems that could impact production
  • Manage production incidents

Required profile :

Profile:

  • Higher education in management
  • You have perfect command of French and English
  • You have at least 6 months of experience as a manager
  • You have analytical skills to understand and drive the achievement of objectives
  • You have a sense of anticipation and are focused on customer satisfaction and solutions
  • You are organized and rigorous
  • You are recognized for your interpersonal skills
  • You have good listening skills
  • You are proactive
  • Leadership and strong managerial skills are essential qualities to successfully carry out your mission
  • You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet) and telephony
