Warehouse Supervisor MP - Casablanca

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor MP, for our client who operates in the industrial sector

Job :

Reporting to the Supply and Stock Manager, your main tasks will be:

-Ensure the coordination of warehouse logistics operations and guarantee compliance with stock management procedures.
-Track goods in and out and update stock movements in the ERP.
-Supervise goods reception and check their conformity in terms of quantity and quality.
-Organize, plan and manage the activities of the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, hygiene, and internal procedures.
-Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results and prepare regular reports for the Logistics Manager.
-Implement continuous improvement initiatives, particularly the 5S methodology, to optimize logistics processes.
-Train, support and raise awareness among teams on good logistics practices, stock management tools, and current procedures.

Required profile :

With a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or Master's degree (BAC+5) in Logistics/Supply Chain, you have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within an industrial company.

• You master ERP tools and logistics management software.
• You have a good knowledge of safety standards and good logistics practices.
• You possess excellent skills in organization, planning, and problem-solving.
• You have a recognized ability to communicate effectively and manage a team.
