Job :

We are looking for a dynamic and competent Linen Supervisor to join our Accommodation Department at UIR Hospital.

They will oversee the entire linen process for the establishment (flat linen, professional uniforms, patient linen, catering linen, etc.), from the collection of soiled linen to the distribution of clean linen, ensuring compliance with hospital hygiene standards, service quality, and managing the linen team.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and supervise the complete linen process (collection, sorting, treatment or external service provider management, quality control, storage, distribution)
- Manage, train, schedule, and evaluate the linen team (linen agents, warehouse staff, service providers)
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and traceability standards (RABC - Risk Analysis Biocontamination Control approach)
- Oversee the contract with the external laundry service provider (quality, deadlines, non-conformities, invoicing)
- Manage linen stocks (allocations per department, inventories, replenishment orders)
- Monitor quality indicators and dashboards (non-conformity rate, linen rotation times)
- Participate in quality accreditation processes (ACI/Qmentum) for the linen aspect
- Manage the needs and requests of the nursing department
- Ensure the team's compliance with safety rules and internal procedures
- Collaborate with the technical department for any breakdowns
- Provide feedback on activities and report any malfunctions to their supervisor

Required profile :

• Associate's degree (Bac +2) in management, logistics, hospitality, or hospital hygiene (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of linen processes and RABC standards
• Team management and motivation skills
