Become the ambassador of our premium service for the Canadian market. A position combining customer relations and technical support on night shifts (time zone: Canada)

- Handling incoming calls in French and English.
- Coordinating between clients and network technicians.
- Tracking incidents and updating databases.


Required profile :

- Bilingual French/English (perfect spoken and written).
- Call center experience desired.
- Availability for night shifts.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
