Job :
- Provide functional and/or technical support for CODEP and RTM-GCB tools
- Handle user tickets (analysis, diagnosis, resolution)
- Assist users in learning how to use the tools
- Participate in incident management and anomaly tracking
- Contribute to documentation (user guides, procedures)
- Provide regular reports on activities and problems encountered
- Collaborate with business and IT teams in an international environment
Required profile :
Master's degree in computer science / information systems
MUST qualifications:
- Knowledge or interest in STELLANTIS tools
- CODEP
- RTM-GCB
- Good understanding of application environments and user support
Languages:
- French: B2
- Italian: B2
- English: B1+
