Card Sales Support - Sousse

Company :

A multinational company is hiring a Card Sales Support.

Job :

• Receive and record customer complaints, then assign them based on their nature.
• Provide customers with a tracking number for their request.
• Respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Inform customers about the progress of their requests.
• Contribute to exceeding sales targets through active support.
• Manage the creation of customer accounts.
• Follow up on customer payments and reconcile accounts with the Finance department.
• Analyze disputed or fraudulent card transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports on card operations and sales performance.
• Provide effective administrative support to the Card sales team to help optimize long-term profitability.
• Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure quick processing of requests and customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs.
• Forward sales opportunities to the sales department.
• Anticipate collection actions through customer alerts.
• Enter supporting payment documents in SAP.
• Ensure all required documents for tax-exempt sales are complete before processing orders.
• Comply with all HSSE policies, standards, and procedures, and actively participate in HSSE training, initiatives, and events.

Required profile :

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or finance.
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented and business-minded, with a commercial and marketing outlook.
• Ability to manage stress and work under pressure.
• Initiative and strong organizational skills.
• Communication and persuasion skills.
