Job :

As part of strengthening the Manufacturing Support area, we are looking for a Studies Engineer to support SAP tools and vehicle coding activities within the teams.

The consultant will work in an international environment and contribute to operational user support as well as the management of technical data related to vehicles.

Main missions

• Provide Level 1 user support (incident management, requests, and ticketing).
• Assist users with SAP tools and associated applications.
• Create and check SAP objects using various transactions and Workplace.
• Manage activities related to vehicle coding (LCDV, KMAT, characteristics).
• Monitor requests via the functional Outlook mailbox.
• Produce and track performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel.
• Identify recurring incidents, analyze their causes, and propose action plans.
• Participate in escalation processes and contribute to Control Tower activities.
• Handle and structure complex technical data.
• Participate in the management of modification forms and dependency tables.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Engineering School or Master's) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering 

1 to 3 years of experience

Technical skills

• Level 1 user support.
• Proficiency in SAP (object creation, transactions, checks, Workplace).
• Good knowledge of vehicle coding (LCDV, KMAT, characteristics).
• Knowledge of DocInfo and the principle of Lists of Applicable Documents (LDA).
• Knowledge of Lean Management principles.
• Proficiency in Excel for KPI tracking and data analysis.
• Good command of Outlook (functional mailbox management).
• Knowledge of the Genome environment.
• Experience in managing modification forms and vehicle technical data.
• Ability to work in an international environment.

Languages

• French: fluent.
• English: mandatory.
• Italian: essential (Must).
