Job :

Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Based in Tangier, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting the best talents to support our growth.

Your main mission will be to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and select candidates who perfectly match our needs and company culture. You will actively contribute to strengthening our teams by ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining recruitment needs in collaboration with operational managers.
  • Writing and posting attractive job offers on various channels.
  • Actively sourcing potential candidates through professional platforms, social networks, and other sourcing tools.
  • Conducting pre-screening and evaluation interviews to identify the most relevant profiles.
  • Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Managing and developing a database of qualified candidates.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
  • Representing the company at recruitment events and job fairs.

Required profile :

Holder of a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in HR or equivalent.

You are newly graduated or have some experience in recruitment, which is preferred but not required.

To excel in this role, it is essential to possess:

  • Excellent command of candidate sourcing and evaluation techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct interviews and analyze profiles.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and recruitment platforms.
  • A strong results-oriented approach and a keen sense of organization.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Good knowledge of the job market and HR trends.
