Job :

On behalf of our client, a company specialized in service provision related to management, operation, and project support, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its HR team as part of a 6-month renewable temporary contract.

Main tasks:

Gather and analyze recruitment needs from managers; Write and post job offers on various channels; Actively source candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, networks, direct approach); Conduct pre-selection interviews (phone and in-person); Manage the recruitment process until onboarding; Oversee relationships with managers and ensure a quality candidate experience; Update HR tracking and reporting tools; Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile :

Higher education in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent; Approximately 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a firm or structured environment, ideally with call center experience; Mastery of sourcing and candidate assessment techniques; Good knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Sense of organization, responsiveness, and results-orientation; Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
