On behalf of our client, a company specialized in services related to the management, operation, and support of projects, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its HR team as part of a 6-month renewable interim contract.
Main missions:
Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers;Write and publish job offers on various channels;Actively source candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, networks, direct approach);Conduct pre-selection interviews (phone and in-person);Ensure follow-up of the recruitment process until onboarding;Manage the relationship with managers and guarantee a quality candidate experience;Update HR tracking and reporting tools;Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
