Job :

To lead, motivate and support a team of B2B telemarketers.
To ensure the achievement of individual and collective goals.
To train, coach and develop the skills of employees.
To monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans.
To guarantee the quality of calls and adherence to procedures.
To motivate teams and foster a high-performing work environment.
To prepare activity reports for management.
To participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and follow-up of new employees.

Required profile :

Associate's degree to Master's degree.
Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a call center, ideally in B2B telephone prospecting.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to unite a team.
Good command of computer tools and performance indicators.
