Mission:
On behalf of our client, a leader in travel management, we are looking for a Team Leader German speaker
Reporting to the project manager, your missions will be to:
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative objectives are met
- Ensure compliance with the client's & Concentrix's processes and quality standards
- Provide regular activity reports to the client and top management
- Manage and lead a team of customer advisors: coaching, regular individual check-ins and team meetings, implementation of support plans for low performers...
- Analyze individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources and production means to handle workloads
- Manage turnover, absenteeism and implement necessary action plans
- Provide administrative supervision of your team (holidays, absences, lateness...)
- Alert on problems that could impact production
- Manage production incidents
Required profile :
Profile:
- Higher education in management/business administration
- You have perfect command of German and English
- You have at least 6 months of experience as a manager
- You have analytical skills to understand and drive the achievement of objectives
- You have foresight and are focused on customer satisfaction and solutions
- You are organized and rigorous
- You are recognized for your interpersonal skills
- You have good listening skills
- You are proactive in offering solutions
- Leadership and strong management skills are essential qualities to successfully carry out your mission
- You are comfortable with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet) and telephony
