Job :

Main Mission:

The Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and leading the SCEE/SCMA team, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and making sure all activities are performed according to company standards. They play a key role in reporting to the project manager and the client and in the continuous improvement of business processes.

Objectives:

• Ensure that the deliverables produced meet the defined quality criteria
• Ensure that deliverables are produced efficiently and within the given deadlines.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize work methodologies.

Main Activities:

Team Management:

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team.
• Plan tasks based on project priorities.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs based on the Skills Matrix.
• Facilitate communication between the project manager (PM) and the team.
• Review team leave requests and approve them in consultation with the PM + validate time tracking.

Activity Coordination:

• Support the team's skill development.
• Main point of contact for the client in Morocco on operational matters.
• Ensure the production of KPIs requested by the client.
• Guarantee the weekly reporting of the SCEE/SCMA team in the ALTENOVA tool.
• Production of internal team production KPIs.
• Co-lead project review meetings (COPROJ).

Documentation and Reporting:

• Track performance indicators (KPIs) within their area of responsibility.
• Document processes and update operating procedures + map activities.
• Capitalize on lessons learned from different crises.
• Monitor detected issues and ensure their timely resolution.

Process Improvement

Propose improvements to activity methodologies if necessary.

Required profile :

Profile:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in Supplier management.
• Knowledge of Transport and Incoterms.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and Supply Chain (Inbound, Outbound) for Factory and Commerce.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Meeting facilitation skills.
• Writing skills.
• Interpersonal skills, initiative-taking.
• Proficient in English (independent user).
