Job :

As part of strengthening the technical team of our client, an innovative player in the development of a SaaS platform, we are recruiting a Tech Lead Backend (Node.js).

Reporting to the technical team, you will play a key role in designing the backend architecture and providing technical guidance to the development team.

Your main tasks:

• Design and evolve the platform's backend architecture.
• Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable applications in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Provide technical leadership to backend developers (code reviews, mentoring, sharing best practices).
• Ensure the quality, maintainability, and performance of developments.
• Participate in architectural choices and technical decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure technological watch and promote good development practices.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an engineering school.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in backend development.
• Excellent command of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid skills in software architecture, REST API design, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Tech Lead, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of development best practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns, testing, CI/CD).
• Technical leadership, analytical skills, autonomy, and teamwork.
• Languages: Fluent French - Technical English
