Your main role will be to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure. The objective is to guarantee the availability and performance of IT systems, thus contributing to the operational efficiency of our distribution activities.

• Ensure troubleshooting of hardware and software incidents related to the network.
• Perform preventive maintenance of network equipment.
• Participate in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Document interventions and configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex problems.

Required profile :

For this position, a Bac +2 level of education is required.

1 to 2 years of professional experience is expected. Previous experience in network maintenance will be a major asset.

Solid knowledge of IT network administration and maintenance (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Proficiency in common operating systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly.
Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Autonomy, rigor, and organization.
A network certification would be a plus.
To be eligible for this position, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in the field of IT or Electronics.
Although we are looking for an entry-level profile, previous experience, even short (1 to 1 year), in network maintenance or IT support would be a considerable asset.
Solid knowledge of network architectures (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
Proficiency in common operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
