Job :
As part of our project to develop industrial Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), we are looking for a rigorous and dynamic Measurement and Testing Technician. You will be responsible for the reliability of our prototypes and their performance during testing phases in the lab and at industrial sites, ensuring a smooth transition to commissioning.
Main tasks- Test Bench Preparation: Installation and configuration of measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, high voltage probes) for prototype testing.
- Test Execution: Carrying out validation test protocols in the lab (no-load tests, motor load tests, temperature rise tests).
- Diagnosis and Analysis: Data collection, result interpretation, and identification of operational anomalies.
- On-site Commissioning: Participation in field testing campaigns, including wiring, connection, and verification of communication between control blocks and the HMI.
- Technical Maintenance: Technical support during mechanical and electrical assembly of prototypes.
- Education: Higher Technician (BTS/DUT/Professional License) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in measurement instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).
- Good understanding of electrical diagrams and power conversion systems (VFDs, inverters).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
- Experience: Desired experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the maintenance or testing of power equipment.
- Soft Skills: Methodical rigor, analytical ability, strict adherence to electrical safety standards (Electrical certification desired).
Required profile :
- Contribute to the technological development of a major industrial project (VFD).
- Work within a multidisciplinary technical team in collaboration with industrial partners.
- Develop specialized skills on high-voltage equipment and advanced control systems.
