Job :

Main tasks:

  • Provide first-level technical support to users.
  • Receive, qualify, and process requests and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing tool.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
  • Follow up on tickets until they are resolved and inform users of progress.
  • Write and update technical documentation and procedures.
  • Ensure quality service while respecting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required profile :

  • Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary degree) in IT or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and support tools.
  • Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience in a call center is a plus.
  • Good command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Customer service orientation, listening skills, rigor, and team spirit.
  • Immediate availability.
