As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting an Horticultural Technician (M/F) based in Meknes.
Job :
- Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of green spaces and plantations.
- Plan and supervise operations for planting, watering, fertilizing, and plant treatment.
- Ensure the proper development and maintenance of crops.
- Identify diseases and pests, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure the monitoring of operational teams in the field.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare activity reports and ensure monitoring of interventions.
Required profile :
- Horticultural Technician diploma (Bac+2 or Bac+3).
- Professional experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of horticultural techniques, irrigation, and maintenance of green spaces.
- Sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit.
- Ability to manage priorities and work in the field.
