Job :

MAIN MISSIONS

• Provide first-level support and maintenance for kiosk equipment (self-service terminals, devices, peripherals).
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 hardware and software incidents (failures, blockages, updates).
• Escalate incidents not within the N1 scope to Level 2/3, with a clear and documented diagnosis.
• Ensure the installation, configuration, and updating of workstations and kiosks.
• Record and track incident tickets in the management tool (ITSM), from reporting to resolution.
• Perform field interventions at points of sale/kiosks as needed.
• Provide regular reporting on recurring incidents and equipment availability rate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and the capitalization of solutions.

Required profile :

PROFILE WANTED

• Bac+2 degree in IT (DUT/BTS IT, networks, systems, or equivalent).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk; junior profiles, internships, or apprenticeships are valued.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows), networks, and computer hardware.
• Comfortable with ticketing / incident management tools.
• Availability for occasional field interventions.
• Fluent French required.
