Job description:
We are looking for an IT Technician for a fixed-term contract based in Nouaceur.
Good command of Windows environments and a developed sense of service.
To be involved in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of computer workstations.
Main tasks:
Windows Installation and Configuration: Prepare, install, and configure Windows systems according to internal standards.
PC Commissioning: Install workstations, connect peripherals, ensure network configuration, and hand over equipment to users.
Testing and Validation: Perform functional tests, verify installation compliance, and ensure the quality of service provided.
Required profile :
Proficiency in Windows environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
Rigor, autonomy, and service orientation.
Previous experience in IT support is a plus.
