Perform maintenance on control command equipment:
•Carry out maintenance tasks on regulation equipment according to the preventive maintenance plan
•Participate in diagnosing regulation equipment and instruments to locate the causes of breakdowns
•Perform necessary corrective maintenance interventions
•Fill in the logbook for control command equipment maintenance work
•Assist external service providers in carrying out their maintenance work
•Prepare reports on interventions carried out (internal and subcontracted) during the shift and submit themto the hierarchical manager
•Perform rounds to check the proper functioning of regulation equipment
•Attend sector meetings
•Wire measurement instruments and valves with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
•Calibrate measurement instruments and plant regulation valves (laboratory control instruments (sugar factories))
•Program PLCs and DCS (Digital Control Systems)
•Check PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) parameters of regulation loops and update them if necessary
•Prepare equipment and assist with plant equipment start-ups and act in case of malfunctions
•Apply and participate in the development of operational standards

Participate in continuous improvement projects:
•Propose improvement actions within the scope of activity

Access requirements for the position:
•Education: Bac+2 (2-year degree) in automated systems electromechanics (ESA), industrial automation and instrumentation (AII), or equivalent
