Job :

Main Tasks

• Install, configure, and maintain IT and telecom systems according to internal standards and group policies
• Provide technical support to users (production and general management) with responsiveness and professionalism
• Optimize IT resources to prevent incidents and malfunctions
• Ensure the application of preventive maintenance procedures and IT security rules
• Administer and monitor the IT park (desktops and laptops, printers, audiovisual equipment)
• Provide regular reporting (dashboards, incident reports, action tracking)
• Participate in IT projects in collaboration with internal and international teams
• Contribute to back-office activities and continuous improvement of IT processes
• Possibility of weekend on-call duty and travel within the national territory

Required profile :

Profile Sought

Education: Bac+2 minimum in IT Systems & Networks
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
Mastery of French and English (written & oral)

• Windows 10/11, Office 365 (Outlook, Teams…)
• Active Directory (OU, GPO, user and computer management)
• SCCM (deployment and management of workstations)
• Networks: TCP/IP, VLAN, Switch, Firewall
• Systems: Windows Server, Linux
• Virtualization: VMware
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure
• Network & Telecom Solutions: Wi-Fi, VOIP, FTTH
• Equipment: Fortigate, client/server infrastructures
