Join a dynamic company in the IT sector as an Experienced IT Support Technician. Located in the heart of Rabat, our stimulating environment offers you the opportunity to use your expertise and grow professionally. The main mission of this role is to ensure the smooth operation and performance of IT infrastructure, guaranteeing an optimal user experience.

Your main goals will be to maintain a high level of satisfaction among users by providing responsive and efficient technical support. You will actively contribute to resolving incidents, optimizing systems, and implementing best practices for IT security. The constant evolution of our technologies will require continuous technological monitoring to anticipate and propose innovative solutions.

On a daily basis, you will be involved in a variety of key tasks:

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents for users.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripherals.
• Managing user accounts and access rights.
• Providing technical support for business applications and office tools.
• Participating in the preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
• Writing and updating technical documentation.
• Advising and assisting users in the use of IT tools.
• Managing backups and data security.

Required profile :

Your solid academic background, ideally a 2-year degree (Bac +2), has provided you with strong theoretical and practical foundations.

Significant experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is required. You have already proven your skills in managing IT systems and supporting users, and you are proficient in common technical environments.

To excel in this role, a specialization in IT or electronics is a major asset. You have proven expertise in:

• Solving complex technical problems.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Managing virtualized environments.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with users of all levels.
• Organizational skills and a high degree of autonomy in task management.
