Integrated into the After-Sales Department and reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will carry out diagnostic, maintenance, and repair operations on Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles, in compliance with the brand's quality standards.

You will help ensure the reliability of interventions, quality of service, and customer satisfaction by providing support in accordance with manufacturer procedures.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostic, maintenance, and repair operations on light commercial vehicles.
• Identify faults using diagnostic tools and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations in accordance with manufacturer procedures.
• Adjust, regulate, and replace various mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle components.
• Record interventions performed and ensure traceability of operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical procedures, and current safety regulations.
• Contribute to maintaining workshop performance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile :

• Minimum of a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in Automotive Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• You have significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained at a car dealership or manufacturer network.
• You have mastered diagnostic, maintenance, and repair operations for mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• You are comfortable using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and enjoy teamwork.
