IT Support Technician - Salé (Technopolis)

Job :

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Department, your missions include:

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• Participate in the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructures.
• Contribute to the management of the IT park and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT system procedures and security rules.
   

Required profile :

• 2-year or 3-year degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) in IT, systems, networks, telecommunications, or equivalent training.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of IT networks: TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve user incidents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Thoroughness, availability, and dynamism.
• Responsiveness and proactivity.
