Job :

Reporting to the Rural Development Department, your missions will include:

• Supporting farmers in the internal equipment of their plots,
• Organizing and leading training sessions on reasoned irrigation and water management,
• Revitalizing Associations of Agricultural Water Users (AUEA),
• Supporting agricultural advisory services,

Required profile :

• Holder of a diploma as a technician in rural engineering, Water Management and Control,
• More than 5 years of experience in the field,
• Proficiency in irrigation systems and agricultural hydraulic equipment.
• Knowledge in water resource management and conservation,
• Ability to lead and support water user associations,
• Aptitude for analyzing and interpreting climatic and hydraulic data,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with farmers and partners,
• Dynamic, motivated, rigorous, autonomous, and able to work in a team.
