Join our dynamic car dealership in the heart of Marrakech as an Express Service Technician. You will join a team passionate about the automotive sector and contribute to offering an exceptional customer experience through quick and efficient handling of their vehicles.

Your role will be essential in maintaining our customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality and speed of interventions. You will be the primary contact for customers needing maintenance and minor repair services, thus ensuring their loyalty and the reputation of our service.

Your main tasks will include:

• Welcoming customers and quickly diagnosing their needs.
• Scheduling and monitoring routine maintenance.
• Managing quotes and invoices for Express services.
• Transparent communication with customers about the progress of work.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at every step of the service.
• Close collaboration with the workshop to optimize timelines.

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a Bac +2 level is required, ideally obtained in a field focused on Sales Administration or After-Sales Service (SAV).

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector, is expected. This period should have allowed you to develop a good understanding of after-sales service challenges.
