Join our dynamic team in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Cycles sector as a Mechanical Repair Technician. Located in the heart of Marrakech, this position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the excellence of our after-sales service.

Actively contribute to our customers' satisfaction through the quality and speed of mechanical interventions. Ensure the reliability and performance of the vehicles entrusted to us, while participating in the optimization of repair and maintenance processes.

Your main tasks will include:

• Perform mechanical diagnostics on a variety of vehicles.
• Carry out routine and complex mechanical repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Accurately fill out repair orders.
• Interact with the sales department for the follow-up of new and used vehicles.

Required profile :

You hold a Bac+2 diploma (equivalent to a 2-year college degree), ideally with a specialization in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service or a related technical field.

1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role is required. This period should have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of mechanical repair operations.

To excel in this role, you possess:

• A strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems.
• Skills in electronic and mechanical diagnostics.
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Great rigor and attention to detail.
