Attached to the Agriculture and Rural Development Department, your missions will be:
- Support farmers in the internal equipment of their plots,
- Organize and lead training sessions on reasoned irrigation and water management,
- Revitalize Agricultural Water User Associations (AUEA),
- Support agricultural warning systems,

Required profile :
- Holder of a specialized technician diploma in plant production (agricultural, horticultural, mixed farming, etc.),
- More than 5 years of experience in the field,
- In-depth knowledge of agronomy, horticulture, and mixed farming.
- Mastery of plant production techniques (irrigation, fertilization, biological control, etc.).
- Ability to train and support farmers in the field.
- Aptitude for leading groups and revitalizing agricultural associations.
- Skills in conflict management and negotiation within an association framework.
- Ability to structure and manage agricultural development projects.
- Proficiency in IT tools for crop monitoring and report preparation.
- Writing of technical documents and recommendations for farmers.
- Good oral and written communication skills for leading training sessions and meetings.
