Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Sales Engineer in elevators, stairs, and hoists. This position based in Rabat offers you a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth.

Your main mission will be to develop and manage a client portfolio, ensuring the promotion and sale of our innovative solutions. You will be the essential link between our clients' needs and our technical expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively prospecting new clients and developing turnover in your geographical area.
  • Analyzing technical needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Developing and presenting personalized commercial offers.
  • Ensuring client file follow-up, from order placement to delivery.
  • Representing the company at professional events.
  • Collaborating closely with technical teams and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile :

A degree of Bac +3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) is required, ideally in Sales, Marketing, or Export.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in selling technical solutions, is highly desired.

To excel in this role, it is essential to possess:

  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • A solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products.
  • A high degree of autonomy and a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with a diverse clientele.
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, CRM).
