Job :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Field Sales Representative in the distribution and building sector, with both commercial and technical skills. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable solutions.

Reporting to the sales department, you will be responsible for developing our client portfolio, sales, and implementing our development strategy to strengthen our commercial presence in Morocco with the aim of increasing sales of the company's product ranges.

As a Field Sales Engineer, your responsibilities will include: 

Product Knowledge:

  • Diligent follow-up of the product training cycle within the company;
  • Deepen product knowledge through reading, supplier consultations, and field studies;
  • Submit a complete training report to management.

Commercial Management:

  • Identify and implement an action plan necessary to achieve objectives;
  • Develop, manage, and follow up on the existing client portfolio;
  • Prospect new clients, identify new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic plan and philosophy;
  • Conduct company visits to identify needs, for prospecting, and for sales;
  • Manage and oversee the sales cycle from order taking to collection.

Reporting:

  • Establish the weekly visit schedule and communicate it to the department head;
  • Provide regular activity reports and updates to Management;
  • Perform commercial intelligence functions.

Required profile :

• You have a minimum of a Bac+3/4 degree in Engineering or Commerce.
• You have significant experience of 5 years or more in distribution within the industrial or building sector.
• You are willing to travel throughout the kingdom.
• Your sales talent, your drive for performance, and your leadership qualities will be key to your success at IMARAQ TRADING.
