Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector, known for its expertise and commitment to quality. We are looking for a Field Sales Engineer specialized in clinics to join our team based in Rabat. If you are passionate about selling innovative solutions and wish to grow in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you.

The main goal is to develop and sustain our client portfolio within clinical establishments. This will involve understanding their specific needs to offer them the most suitable medical equipment solutions, thus contributing to the improvement of care provided. You will be the key link between our innovations and healthcare professionals.

Your daily tasks will be varied and focused on performance:

  • Active prospecting and development of a client network in the clinic sector.
  • Implementation and follow-up of targeted commercial strategies.
  • Presentation and demonstration of our products and solutions to decision-makers (management, technical departments, medical staff).
  • Negotiation of contracts and follow-up of sales until delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Regular reporting of your activity and analysis of commercial performance.
  • Competitive intelligence and identification of new market opportunities.

Required profile :

A degree of Bac +3 (Bachelor's level) is required. A specialization in Sales, Commercial, or Field Export focusing on clinics will be a major asset for this position.

First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the medical equipment field or in a technical B2B sector, is desired. This experience should have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of complex sales cycles and sector challenges.

  • Excellent argumentation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong ability in negotiation and closing sales.
  • Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships of trust.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and organization to effectively manage your geographical area.
  • Good understanding of technical aspects related to medical equipment.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Office Suite, CRM).
  • Valid driver's license.
