Job :

• Manage incoming calls while following the established telephone reception charter.

• Accurately record call details in the CRM, in accordance with current procedures.
• Perform thorough lead qualification and coordinate client appointments with the sales team.
• Respect the agreed-upon action plan within deadlines, demonstrating constant commitment.
• Handle customer complaints and report them in real-time.
• Analyze and report production anomalies immediately, following the established procedure.
