Job :
We are hiring Call Center Agents specialized in outbound calls for lead qualification in the energy sector.
Your tasks:

Contact potential customers by phone.
Verify and complete the information on their files.
Ask the necessary questions to check qualification criteria.
Identify leads that meet the defined criteria.
Update information in internal tools.
Follow procedures and quality standards.
Help achieve production targets.
Required profile :
Previous experience in outbound calls, call center work, or file qualification.
Experience in the energy or solar sector would be a plus.
Excellent spoken French.
Good listening and communication skills.
Serious, thorough, and able to follow a precise process.
Dynamic and enjoys working towards goals.
