ADM Value is hiring customer service advisors to manage health insurance member files, working with several partner organizations. This is a versatile role, combining customer relations, debt collection, and customer loyalty.

Your daily tasks:

• Answer member calls, emails, and chats.
• Manage debt collection files.
• Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions.
• Assist members considering cancellation by offering relevant alternatives (retention).
• Ensure administrative follow-up of files with partner organizations.

Required profile :

No experience is required - what matters is your people skills and your attention to detail.

• Excellent spoken and written communication, with the ability to adapt your language to each person you speak with.
• Active listening skills to understand the needs and expectations of policyholders.
• Empathy and patience, especially in difficult situations.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly solve problems.
• Organization and accuracy to manage multiple cases at once.
