Job Description
Foundever is hiring Telemarketers for its Yaacoub El Mansour site who will be responsible for:
• Developing the client portfolio,
• Marketing and promoting products,
• Identifying client needs, advising them, and offering solutions tailored to their needs, while adhering to guidelines set by management,
• Ensuring qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met, IOBSP Certification (mandatory)
Profile Sought
- You have an excellent command of French,
- You have strong argumentation skills,
- Your temperament and interpersonal skills make it easy for you to connect with others,
- Good knowledge of insurance products,
- Sales and interpersonal skills in customer management,
- Desirable knowledge of the insurance sector,
- Ability to manage difficult situations and clients,
- IOBSP certified,
