Job :

We are looking for an L2 Support Engineer specialized in Microsoft Infrastructure & Cloud, with 1 to 3 years of experience in administering and supporting hybrid Microsoft environments.

Their tasks:

• Provide technical support level 2 (L2) for critical incidents, problems, and changes.
• Manage Change Management activities: validation, approval, monitoring, and control of change execution.
• Conduct technical audits and provide recommendations based on best practices.
• Write, update, and validate technical documentation (SOPs, procedures, change reports).
• Manage major incidents and service requests to ensure service restoration within defined timelines.
• Gather and analyze customer needs.
• Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical solution demonstrations.
• Provide support for business activities according to organizational needs.
