Your main goals will be to increase customer satisfaction through a personalized approach and ensure constant commercial performance. You will play a key role in developing our customer base and strengthening our market presence.

Your days will be filled with various activities aimed at optimizing the customer experience and achieving sales targets:

• Welcoming, advising, and personally assisting customers in their choices.
• Attractive presentation of products and highlighting their benefits.
• Sales management, from order taking to finalization.
• Customer follow-up and long-term commercial relationship development.
• Contribution to achieving individual and collective revenue targets.
• Participation in stock management and the implementation of promotional operations.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in a field related to Sales, Marketing, or Export.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the electronics sector or a related field, will be a significant asset.

To excel in this position, several skills will be essential:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong capacity for listening.
• A proactive and results-oriented sales approach.
• Good knowledge of electronic products and the market.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate autonomy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools and cash register systems.
