Position :
As part of strengthening our editorial team, we are looking for a French-speaking Web Journalist

Your role will be to actively contribute to our editorial strategy, by developing recognized expertise in producing informative and impactful content. You will aim for excellence in information dissemination and strengthening our media presence.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Researching and verifying reliable information.
Writing and adapting content for various media (articles, briefs, reports, etc.).
Participating in interviews and creating multimedia formats.
Adhering to deadlines and the company's editorial standards.
Constant monitoring of sector news to identify relevant topics.
Profile Sought :
Degree in journalism, communication, or equivalent field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a French-speaking digital media.
Excellent command of written French.
Very good writing skills.
Good knowledge of web writing techniques and SEO.
Analytical thinking, rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.
Adherence to journalistic ethics.
Organizational skills.
Team spirit.
Curiosity and ability to process information quickly.

Job :

The Video Producer at Hespress participates in the creation of dynamic, engaging video content adapted to our various formats (editorial, advertising, social media, etc.). They are involved in every stage of production, from concept to distribution, in close collaboration with the editorial, creative, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

- Conception: Imagine original video formats and concepts in line with editorial needs and audience expectations.

- Filming: Carry out shooting (framing, sound, lighting) in the studio or on location depending on the projects.

- Editing & Post-production: Ensure editing, graphic design, subtitles, and format adaptation according to platforms.

- Export & Distribution: Prepare optimized exports for each distribution channel (website, YouTube, social media, etc.).

- Monitoring & Inspiration: Follow video trends (formats, styles, storytelling) to feed creativity and propose innovative ideas.

Required profile :

- Proficiency in editing and post-production software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalents).

- Good understanding of imagery, narrative rhythm, and digital video codes.

- Excellent organization, attention to detail, autonomy.

- Creative spirit, ability to propose ideas, and capacity to work in a team.

- Good command of French and Arabic; English is a plus.

Profile Sought:

Degree in audiovisual, cinema, or equivalent.

Desired experience: 2 to 5 years in video production (media, agency, creative studio, etc.).
